Fit Test and Weigh In Data for January 27, 2012

Good afternoon everyone.  I am sure all of you have been waiting anxiously for the “data” from this past Fit Test and Weigh In…Well here it is 🙂

I am going to give the data from the most recent two Fit Tests and Weigh In’s.  December 30, 2011 and January 13, 2012.

Weigh In Results

Weigh Lost from January 13, 2012 to January 27, 2012 – 8.50 Pounds

Body Fat % Lost from January 13, 2012 to January 27, 2012 – 14.52%

 

Fit Test Results

Average # of Push-ups completed Jan 13th – 28.0

Average # of Push-ups completed Jan 27th – 25.21

Decrease of 2.79 Push-ups

 

Average # of Jumping Jacks completed Jan 13th – 157.8

Average # of Jumping Jacks completed Jan 27th – 164.0

Increase of 6.2 Jumping Jacks

 

Average Plank Hold duration Jan 13th – 1:28

Average Plank Hold duration Jan 27th – 1:25

Decrease of 3 seconds

 

Average 1 Mile run time Jan 13th – 10:17

Average 1 Mile run time Jan 27th – 10:16

Decrease of 1 second (this is good on the decrease)

 

Average Wall Squat Hold Jan 13th – 1:50

Average Wall Squat Hold Jan 27th – 1:50

No Change

 

Overall GREAT job everyone.  I am excited to continue to see the weigh loss and more importantly the body fat loss.  Those of you who know me, know that I consider body fat loss a much better indication of overall fitness than I do weight loss.  That said, it is nice to continue to see both numbers going down 🙂  Keep up the fantastic work everyone!
