Fit Test and Weigh In Data for February 10, 2012

Good morning everyone.  Another Fit Test cycle has come and gone and I have to say that the overall results of this cycle are nothing short of spectacular.

Weigh In Results

Weigh Lost from January 27, 2012 to February 10, 2012 – 40 Pounds  **Yes this is NOT a typo, as a group we lost 40lbs**

Body Fat % Lost from January 27, 2012 to February 10, 2012 – 11.83%

 

Fit Test Results

Average # of Push-ups completed Jan 27th – 25.21

Average # of Push-ups completed Feb 10th – 28.54

Increase of 3.33 Push-ups

 

Average # of Jumping Jacks completed Jan 27th – 164

Average # of Jumping Jacks completed Feb 10th – 166.9

Increase of 2.9 Jumping Jacks

 

Average Plank Hold duration Jan 27th – 1:25

Average Plank Hold duration Feb 10th – 1:30

Increase of 5 seconds

 

Average 1 Mile run time Jan 27th – 10:16

Average 1 Mile run time Feb 10th – 9:41

Decrease of 35 seconds (this is good on the decrease)

 

Average Wall Squat Hold Jan 27th – 1:50

Average Wall Squat Hold Feb 10th – 1:57

Increase of 7 seconds

 

As you can see by the results of this past Fit Test and Weigh In we had some outstanding results.  This is because of the hard work that all of you do on a daily basis to make the changes in your life for the better.  I am very proud of each and every single one of you.
