Hey everyone.  Here are the results of the most recent Fit Test and Weigh In that was conducted on the 9th of March.  Sorry for my delay in getting these results out but once again, all of your dedication and motivation to push yourselves and follow through on your nutrition is evidence once again with these results.  Very well done to all of you.

Increase of 4.23 Push-ups

Average # of Jumping Jacks completed Feb 24th – 155.25

Average # of Jumping Jacks completed Mar 9th – 161.05

Increase of 5.80 Jumping Jacks

Average Plank Hold duration Feb 24th – 1:30

Average Plank Hold duration Mar 9th – 1:37

Increase of 7 seconds

Average 1 Mile run time Feb 24th – 10:07

Average 1 Mile run time Mar 9th – 10:04

Decrease of 3 seconds

Average Wall Squat Hold Feb 24th – 1:41

Average Wall Squat Hold Mar 9th – 1:52

Increase of 11 seconds
