Fit Test and Weigh In Results from the August 10, 2012 Cycle

Good morning everyone.  This Fit Test and Weigh In cycle was by every measure a success.  Yes, there were some negatives however the positives certainly outweighed the negatives once again.  I am continually impressed with every single Team Members hard work and dedication.  I am going to include the Stats File that has almost everything listed out on various spread sheets but there are a few things I wanted to discuss.

Coming into this cycle, we had a goal of getting 90% completion on the Fit Test and Weigh In’s.  Over the course of the summer this has been incredibly challenging with everyone’s different vacation schedules and what not.  That said, we did get over 80% total completion and I am pretty happy with that.

For the first time, we decided to really start digging into the metrics of each individual area of the Fit Test.  Without exception, we had a higher percentage of increased performance in every fit test area than declines in performance.  This is a very positive thing.  If you look at the first spread sheet you will see that I have broken it down by M2M Team Members, Fit 4 Life Boot Camps and then combined in the last column.

I encourage you all to take a look at the metrics, maybe these are way more valuable to myself and to Vikki as your trainers however like I have said in the past, information is power.

We were incredibly successful in the weight loss and body fat reduction this cycle.  As a Team we lost 51.25 pounds and we lost 16.11% Body Fat.  This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of each and every single Muffins To Marathons and Fit 4 Life Team Member.
