It’s 6AM, dark and early in my neck of the woods but I am about to get started on my 90 minute morning workout. A lot of people ask me what I do for my workouts…Well here is this morning’s workout 🙂 Feel free to join me if you like! ALWAYS FUN!!!!
Half mile warm up run at a 9:00 per mile pace
4 x 400 Meter Progressive Sprints starting at an 8:00 per mile pace
5 Sets of Non-Alternating Body Weight Lunges
4 x 400 Meter Progressive Sprints starting at a 7:30 per mile pace
5 Sets of Planks (1st set starts at 30 seconds and goes down with each set by 5 seconds)
5 Sets of Regular Push-Ups (20, 15, 10, 5, AMAP *As Many as Possible)
2 x 800 Meter Progressive Sprints starting at 7:30 per mile pace
5 Sets of 6 Dumbbell Bicep Curls, in to Dumbbell front squats into Dumbbell Overhead Press.
4 x 400 Meter Progressive Sprints starting at a 7:00 per mile pace
4 Sets of 4 reps of Bulgarian Split Squats followed by Dumbbell Front Raises
1 Mile Sprint at a 6:45 Pace
5 Minutes of Jumping Rope
Half Mile cool down run
